Yahrzeit Alerts stores your email, timezone, and information about loved ones you add (names, dates of passing, reminder preferences). We use this data only to send reminders you request.
This Data Policy applies to Yahrzeit Alerts. By accessing, visiting, browsing, registering for, downloading, installing, or otherwise using Yahrzeit Alerts or any part of it, in any manner and through any device or means, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Data Policy and by all other policies and agreements governing your use of Yahrzeit Alerts, including the policies linked in the footer (collectively, the "Terms"). This Data Policy supplements, and does not replace, those company policies. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, in their entirety and without modification, you must not access, visit, browse, or use Yahrzeit Alerts, and you must cease any such access or use immediately.
Data we collect
- Email address (for sign-in and alerts)
- Loved ones' names and yahrzeit dates
- Reminder schedule preferences
Deletion
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. This permanently removes your profile, loved ones, and reminder data. Archiving a loved one stops their alerts without deleting your account.
